Every school moment in one private album. Never a public feed.
memrly gives your school community one invite-only album for the field trip, the concert, graduation — full-resolution photos and videos, visible only to the people you invite. Never posted publicly, never sold, never used to train AI.

- Invite-only and private — no public feed, no discovery, no strangers.
- Never sold, never advertised, and never used to train AI. Ever.
- The school owns and controls every album — who sees, who downloads, what stays.

- Full-resolution photos and video
- Invite-only — never public, never search-indexed
- Never sold, never advertised, never AI-trained
Yours. Just your people.
- Private by default
Invite-only albums. No public profiles, no discovery, no strangers.
- No ads, ever
We don't train AI on your photos, and your content stays yours.
- High quality
Real photos and videos, not the mushy compression group chats send.
Built for school budgets and procurement.
Schools and districts use site or bulk licensing with invoicing — not consumer app-store billing — so it fits standard procurement. Pricing scales with school or district size. Request a demo and we’ll put together a quote that matches your needs.

Questions schools ask.
Is it private — could photos go public, on social media, or into AI training?
No. Albums are invite-only with no public feed, no discovery, and no search-engine indexing. memrly shows no ads, never sells data, and never uses your photos to train AI models. The images stay within your community.
Can we control who views and who downloads?
Yes. The album owner sets per-album permissions — view, download, react, or comment — and can revoke access at any time.
Can we delete photos, albums, or a specific child's image?
Yes. Owners can remove individual photos and videos at any time, and delete entire albums — at year-end, or when a student transfers. The school owns the content.
How do consent and media releases work?
memrly works alongside your existing consent and media-release process — it doesn't replace it. You control who can view and download each album, and the owner can remove any photo immediately if a parent withdraws consent.
What about our data-privacy obligations (FERPA, GDPR)?
memrly is privacy-by-design: albums are private, there are no ads, photos are never sold or used to train AI, and the school controls and owns the content and remains the data controller. memrly is not a certified compliance product — we’re glad to review our data practices with your administrators or counsel during a demo.
What devices does it work on?
Any device with a web browser — phones, tablets, and computers, regardless of age or operating system. There’s nothing to install on school-managed hardware.
Who can moderate an album?
The album owner sets permissions, removes content, and revokes access. You decide what your community can do in each album.
How does pricing and procurement work for schools?
Schools and districts use site or bulk licensing with invoicing rather than consumer app-store billing. Pricing scales with size — request a demo and we’ll put together a quote.
