How do I create an album?
Open memrly, tap the "+" button, give your album a name, and you're ready to go. You can then invite guests by sharing the album link.
How do guests join my album?
Guests create a free account and use the link you share. They can instantly view and upload photos and videos — at no cost to them.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. memrly is built with privacy at its core. Your albums are private by default — only people you invite can see them. We don't serve ads, we don't use your photos for AI training, and we automatically strip location metadata (EXIF) from uploaded photos.
What photo and video quality does memrly support?
memrly keeps your photos beautiful and high-quality — not the blurry, squished versions a group chat spits out. The Creator tier keeps your media at its original quality, up to 4K. Video length depends on your plan, from 15-second clips on the free tier up to 15-minute videos on Organizer and Creator.
How does screenshot protection work?
Premium hosts can enable screenshot protection on their albums. When enabled, the app prevents screenshots and screen recordings while viewing album content, keeping your shared memories secure.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's settings page. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you need assistance, contact us at support@memrly.com.
